The British standard OHSAS 18001 is replaced with the ISO 45001:2018 for implementing new Health and Safety Standard for certifying an organization, the new standard designed by International Organization for Standardization (ISO) for easy integration with other ISO standards like ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, etc. The Occupational health and safety management systems (OHSMS) certification is an internationally accepted standard that endows with a framework to identify, control, and reduce the risks coupled with health and safety. In today’s world, it is important to increase the awareness of occupational health and safety (OH&S), which helps the organization to strictly comply with the legislation governing those areas, many organizations want to improve their OH&S practices and avoid OH&S incidents.
